Social Media will be an enormous distraction when it comes to studying. Always put your phone on mute or on vibration while you're studying or doing work that is related to your degree. When engaged on your mobile/computer, close any windows or tabs that don’t relate to what you’re doing.

Apart from social media, avoid all the unnecessary activities that you have in your routine. As a student your final goal should be to pass the exam with good grades and get a certificate/degree.

10. Focus on your Future  

Always remember why you've enrolled in a degree and if you remember the reason always try to focus on the end goal. Consider yourself lucky to be ready to chase your dreams and pursue a career in a field you're keen on.

Don't argue or get triggered by small things that are irrelevant to your goals. Practice emotional maturity, start doing yoga or exercises that will relive your mind and make you feel better about your own body
