Out of all the careers listed, UX Designer experience most stress which is work related, it's all based on availability of projects and capabilities of you.

There are multiple platform that offer to build all of these skills in youth by giving them access to their video library or by guiding them. These videos are mostly paid but can also be put for free.One must have real good communication skills and habit of challenging yourself and learn to put their own reputation own stake for good but long work.
